Weekend Snapshots
Discovering new places in the Outer Banks is the absolute best and we got to visit Duck, North Carolina and really have some quality family time. So much love for my Aunt Padgett and Trinity Walters who we have known since she was a baby!
When we go to the Outer Banks we always stay in Pirates Cove and this is the beautiful, stunning view of the Marina that is home to hundreds of colorful, massive, and beautiful boats.
So I am now on the hunt for a recipe for an Orange Crush cocktail because this one was KNOCK. YOUR. SOCKS. OFF. AMAZING!
Ummm who doesn't love strawberry shortcake for dessert that was honestly so good it just be a featured dessert in a restaurant!
No one has an Uncle like the one I got! Love you Uncle Brett!
These two have been best friends for 23 years and it never ceases to amaze me the love they have for each other and how much fun we always have together.
This is the calm in the midst of the storm. These three had never met before and Blue is the youngest. He just wanted to play 24/7 but every once in a while we would get this peacefulness.
A little break from the sun on the back porch with an amazing view calls for some reading time of Michelle Poler's amazing books that has me feeling INSPIRED to face my fears in life head on!
We couldn't not take a picture with a view like this!
This was Blue's first ever time at the beach and we had no idea if he would like it or not. But he LOVED it and it was so funny to watch because he would try to bite the waves when they came near him!
How can you not love a 5:30AM sunrise like that. Like there is nothing better than a great sunrise and sunset!
And then you have the amazing sunsets to me, which NEVER, EVER get old!
Blue's eyes are matching the sky and the water! He was so hyper because he was trying to take it all in at one time and couldn't stop panting haha!
I hope y'all had a great weekend! As always, thank y'all for stopping by and reading! I will see y'all back here next time!
Love, Dani
