South Haven, Michigan Travel Vlog
Hey y'all! We are finally down in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for Carolina Country Music Festival for the weekend but I am really excited to share my first ever travel vlog with y'all which is about our trip recently to South Haven, Michigan because it was so fun to video as well as make and put together! We had a ton of fun when we were up in Michigan and it was great to see a lot of our family and spend time in the nice, sunny and beachy part of Michigan. Down below the video are some of my recommendations for South Haven on where to stay and eat in South Haven!
Where To Eat:
~Bunde's Bakery Cafe: We ate at Bunde's Bakery two mornings and they had fabulous breakfast! They are partnered with Starbucks and have so many coffee and tea options as well as baked good options like crumble cake, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. When we ate there we all had The Biltmore which was bacon, egg, ham, and cheese inside of a croissant and it was so delicious!
~Idler Riverboat: This was a restaurant that my dad really wanted to go too and had such fond memories of and it was delicious! I am not joking when I say that it is actually a boat and it is awesome. It overlooks the channel and it is really cool to eat dinner and watch all the boats and kayakers come in and out! We had a great meal and all loved what we ate!
~Clementine's: This is definitely a diverse place and a very busy one at that too. We all had such different meals ranging from beer battered shrimp to penne pasta to taco salad to steak with lobster on top. Everybody had a delicious meal and scarfed down the famous onion rings that people rave about. It is definitely a family environment but a great place to eat and enjoy time with the people you are with!
~Admiral Jack's Bar and Grill: This was by far our favorite place to go because it was completely outside and was right next to the Idler Riverboat. What drew us to Admiral Jack's was the fact that they had awesome live music happening outside and they were playing a ton of great music. We only had drinks here but people around us were raving about the food.
Where To Stay:
~Bed and Breakfast's: Safe Haven is crawling with B&B's and they are the perfect place to stay when visiting South Haven. It is such a small beach town and the island is crawling with them. Each of them are so different but special in there own unique way and so close to the beach and downtown so I highly suggest checking them out.
~VRBO: We stayed at a VRBO and a lot of the properties in South Haven are rentable and are perfect distances from the beach and downtown as well! Every time we travel somewhere we use VRBO to find great properties and we have loved each and every one of them.
Thank you guys for stopping by and reading and watching! I hope y'all enjoy this and stay tuned for a lot more to come!
Love, D
