Transitional Denim

Hey y'all! How is everybody's week going so far? I am super, duper excited right now because I leave again on Thursday to head down to Myrtle Beach for Carolina Country Music Festival and let me tell you it could not come fast enough. Whenever we leave we start the countdown again because it is one of our favorite things to go to every year. This years line up is awesome and is definitely going to be a party! I don't want to give too much away because I am going to be vlogging the whole trip so y'all can see what goes on and all of that! But lets hop into today's post because we are going to talk about one of my favorite things... DENIM!!

I am in love with denim year round and honestly can't get enough of it right now! I love buying new denim pieces whenever the season changes because it is truly the one thing that can be worn no matter the time of year whether it is denim tops, jeans, or denim shorts. Versatile is the word that comes to my mind whenever I think of denim because it truly is! I love this outfit because it is so simply and perfect for the summer and especially a night out! This denim tank top is so comfortable and goes with everything and to make it even better it is from TARGET!

I love adding little things to this because it is so simply and even love changing the shoes that I wear with it! I keep it casual a lot of the time and wear my high top converse but you could also wear so many different types of sandals with it. I even change the types of pants I wear with it-- night time wear black or white jeans and during the day wear high waisted shorts.

Now you know me and know that I love to add accessories to a simple outfit so you know I had to add my favorite gemstone necklace that I am wearing all the time from my favorite store, Impeccable Pig. I also love to change up what purses I carry with me but with this outfit I love this hunter green handbag from Nasty Gal that I am constantly carrying with me. I love the detail on the strap because it isn't a normal strap, it's a chain and stays on my shoulder so well.
