Chenille Sweaters

Hey y'all! It is Friday and I am excited because tomorrow I am having a BBQ at my place to celebrate my birthday with my moms side of the family and some close friends. Now with this group of people there is no telling what will happen but it will without a doubt for sure be fun! But I am sad though because the days are winding down till school is back in session and classes are back up and running again (insert frowning emoji). The other realization to go along with that though is that there is almost less than two months until Junior year is over and summer will be here.
But enough of the chit chat lets talk about today's outfit that I have had on repeat because we are still experiencing some cold weather down here in the South! At the beginning of the winter season I immediately hopped on the chenille bandwagon and bought some chenille sweaters but by far my favorite is this one from Vestique. I love the pattern of the sweater and the colors because it makes it so I can wear it with just about anything. But I love chenille sweaters because it is like putting on a blanket as a shirt. They are so comfortable and soft, I'm not kidding when I say I could live in one for a couple of days.
Even though we are getting ready to start the Spring season, I am still wearing my chenille sweaters and cardigans because it will for sure keep me warm in these cold temperatures we are still experiencing. The other thing I love about this outfit is the jewelry I am wearing. I love having little pieces and then having one big jewelry item. In this case it is these gold statement earrings that are also ear jackets and they are so lightweight and are on repeat with basically every outfit I wear.
I am loving mini rings right now and these from Alex and Ani and James Michelle are my favorite right now!
