Denim On Denim
Hey y'all! It is Friday and my days are flying past me right now! We are less than a week away from Thanksgiving and there is so much to do with so little time but I am ready for this holiday break and the opportunity to see some family I haven't seen in a little while. But I am excited for this post because I have had it for a little while and have just been waiting and waiting, so here it is!
Denim season is finally here! For all of you that would love summer to stay around for forever, so sorry, I am ready for cooler temperatures and to be able to pull out my fall and winter clothes. One of my favorite looks is denim on denim and is an outfit that can be easily worn. This look is so simple and sometimes gets overlooked because a lot of people don't really like the pairing of denim on top of denim, but me, I LOVE IT! It's easy to put together and is a staple outfit for me during these cooler months. The best part about denim now and days is that there are so many different styles that come in all different kinds of colors which makes wearing jeans so fun with every pair being different. They can be boot cut, hi-rise, jeggings, low-rise, skinny, mom jean, whatever you can imagine it is now a style of jean.
Now let me talk about where I get all of my denim! I typically get my jeans from American Eagle or buy Flying Monkey from Impeccable Pig. Another top brand right now this season for jeans is Express and they have so many styles that fit every kind of person. Now my denim shirt is from American Eagle but now and days you can find denim shirts in just about every store. I love these denim shirts because even if you don't pair them with denim jeans, you can wear them over a dresses or even with different colored jeans. They are so versatile and truly go with everything you choose to wear.
