Baked and Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple

One of my all time favorite foods has to be grilled cinnamon pineapple because it is just so dang delicious! I really love to make it for people who have never had it before because they would have never usually thought to do this! Now while grilled is my favorite I have also recently tried to bake it in the oven and it turned out that it tasted just like the grilled. But I wanted to share both recipes, while there is not much difference, its nice to just have both just in case.
